Sarah Cooke

Ms. Cooke, Senior Vice President of Research, is an entrepreneur and computer industry executive with twenty years of experience in technology consulting and research.  She joined Paley Dixon in 1996 as a Research Associate.  In 1984, Sarah founded Gulf Business Systems, the computer consulting company.  The firm provided enterprise-wide accounting systems and custom application software to the nuclear power industry.  Sarah subsequently sold her company, continuing to work as an independent software consultant.  Sarah majored in Business Administration at the University of New Orleans and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tulane University.

Robert Caines

Mr. Caines, Senior Vice President of Business Development, is an entrepreneur and M&A executive with fifteen years of business development and management experience.  He joined Paley Dixon in 2002. In 1992, Bob and partners founded Cable Channels, the cable television program guide software firm.  Bob has also held senior-level sales management positions with ADP and Hummingbird.  Bob sits on the Board of Directors of Audubon Beckwith and has served on the boards of the Ali Forney Center and the Peccadillo Theater Company.  Bob majored in Engineering at the University of Notre Dame and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.

Gregory Hagfors

Mr. Hagfors, Senior Vice President – Healthcare, is a seasoned healthcare industry executive, with over 20 years of experience on both the delivery and health plan sides. Greg joined Paley Dixon in 2009. Greg served as CEO of the Great Falls Clinic in Montana for over 14 years. He has also served as Co-CEO of MTCare and in a senior-level position with the Mankato Clinic. Greg majored in Business Administration at North Dakota State University and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University.
